iCloud is the successor of MobileMe.

Support for iCloud CardDAV has been added in version 0.3-rc1

Contact photos are not synced yet, this will follow soon.
Some users reported that not all contacts get synced. First tests showed that iCloud may not report all contacts, so this looks like an iCloud bug. This is currently beeing investigated. If you can make out some pattern (like "only contacts that I uploaded with ... are missing") please let me know. Update: It seems the missing contacts sync if you modified them once in the iCloud web address book.
