Yahoo

Yahoo's CardDAV servers are currently hardly reachable. So only CalDAV-Sync works reliably. Update (2011-06-19): Yahoo's reverse-proxies seem to be in place again.

Setup

CalDAV-Sync

• Server: caldav.calendar.yahoo.com
• use SSL: leave ticked, it won't work otherwise
• Username: your Yahoo-ID (i.e. your email address at yahoo)
• Password: your Yahoo-Password

CardDAV-Sync

• Server: carddav.address.yahoo.com
• use SSL: leave ticked, it won't work otherwise
• Username: your Yahoo-ID (i.e. your email address at yahoo)
• Password: your Yahoo-Password

known issues

Yahoo

Currently Yahoo's servers are broken (see [1], [2], [3] and [4] ). This issue seems to exist since Thursday or Friday. If you can not sync this is a Yahoo issue not an issue of this app! As of 2011-10-27 19:30 UTC this seems to be fixed.

CardDAV

Yahoo does not embed photos in the vcard file. Contact photos are stored on Yahoo's server and linked to in the vcard. This is currently not supported.
