SmarterMail

SmarterMail is a "Microsoft Exchange Alternative" that supports CalDAV and CardDAV.
Setup
Just enter the name of your server along with your username and password. Calendars will be discovered automatically.
CalDAV-Sync
- Server URL: <servername>:<port>/webdav/cal
- Use SSL: check accordingly
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your password
