From the github project page: Cozy Sync allows you to synchronize your Contacts and your Calendars from your Cozy with any device or software that supports CalDAV and CarDAV protocols.

Setup

Note: the following is not tested!

CalDAV

Server URL: https://myserver:port
Use SSL: check accordingly
Username: your login name
Password: your password

CardDAV-Sync

Server URL: https://myserver:port
Use SSL: check accordingly
Username: your login name
Password: your password

Depending on your installation the exact path may be different.
