Memotoo is a website that allows you to sync all you want.
Setup
CalDAV-Sync
You can find the instructions on www.memotoo.com, basically it's:
- Server: sync.memotoo.com:443
- use SSL: leave ticked
- Username: your Memotoo login
- Password: your Memotoo password
CardDAV-Sync
To set up a CardDAV account press Manual Mode first.
