Xperia Z3

Known issues

'Nullnull'

The pre-installed Contacts / the Contact Editor app doesn't save the name of a new contact correctly. After a synchronisation it comes back with its name set to "nullnull". (see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-compact/help/contacts-wont-sync-names-t2994443)

Solution: Try using an alternative Contacts / Contact Editor app.

Redundant names shown

When dealing with contacts from CardDAV-Sync (or any other third-party sync adapter) the pre-installed Contacts app shows the display name and the forename and surname.

Example: A contact "John" resides in the address book. It'll be displayed as "John John".

Solution: Try using an alternative Contacts / Contact Editor app.
